Obsidian 1.8.9 is now available to all for desktop and mobile

- Improved performance for navigating large numbers of files in the file explorer
- List auto-numbering now preserves custom starting numbers
- When "Smart indent lists" is disabled, the editor no longer automatically renumbers lists
- Fixed regression causing large vaults to take significantly longer to load and save the cache
