How do you like it? I’ve heard it’s the magic hour but have struggled to get up that early Been doing 6:30 - 7 lately since I’m on a dive trip, and it’s been really nice extending my day and going to bed early

Really! Can you share a bit more about your routine? I’ve always wanted to do it but haven’t been in the headspace to truly give it a go. After a few weeks of diving I feel more calibrated for a proper routine shift when I get home :)

I've started to design my life to go to sleep around ~9pm during the weekday, and maybe do stuff in the evenings more on the weekends. I've ruthlessly prioritized what's important to me, and I've found this is the schedule that works within those constraints and parameters (work, meet my obligations, and still have time to do things I want to do -- all in about a 16 hr work day.)

Very cool, thanks for sharing. I think the framing of starting with the evening before at 9 pm is really key, otherwise it’s too difficult to get up early with sufficient sleep. A bit of a paradox to get it started

Everything becomes easier when you commit to a 9pm bed time - it means sacrificing social events etc, but I'm honestly committed to my work and my obligations and myself to the point that it doesn't feel like I'm missing out on anything. This is also week 3 so far for me, so I'll see how it goes as well
