Sucks to say, but almost everyone outside of our small bubble of ideologues thinks "crypto = scams". Trump only makes it worse.

I do not see that sentiment shifting anytime soon. Fighting it is like trying to fight gravity. FC and most projects being built here are early enough that they can still avoid this fate.

Yeah I agree. I’ve been focusing more on the immutable encapsulation of ideas/value, staying away from “crypto”

People are a lot more open to it when they’re brought in from a source/validation angle than a financialized angle

i agree in sentiment, i just question how much most people care about the ideals of crypto

I think people care about misinformation and algorithmic feeds impacting the flow of information, have seen, in recent weeks, a lot more people talking about it. 

So perhaps it will come through avoiding walled gardens, rather than tokenization of everything
