They removed bots and spam accounts, people who were “likely spam” I lost about 33% as well, but tbh, I think it’s far better to have an accurate number :)

Sure, but it also makes me question the potential for growth for artists since i had already noticed it completely stopped last summer for many of the OG users.

I think growth in the crypto community as a whole is pretty stagnant. I look at fc more for depth of engagement than number of engagements, focusing on YouTube for broader reach If the team continues building out rewards that stack, we don’t really need massive followings to earn sustainably on here, and can rely on a micro network instead

Fair points. This is probably the issue : “growth in crypto”, i think this is where this platform struggles. We are trying to build a legit art community, not entirely sure they are set up to support that.

Totally agree. I think that they're setting up for a content platform (replacement reddit, insta, x, etc.) so the question becomes, if we view what we're sharing/producing on here as content, decoupled from art, does it become more sustainable? did you see the Zora update?
