agreed! And a lot of it might be.. more qualitative than quantitative at times, but anecdotally, i've personally experienced many of these benefits, which is validating to hear. 

yeah! forest bathing is such a lovely concept. I can definitely feel improvements in my mental and physical health, and clarity generally, when i make time to go to the woods or hiking in the mountains

the research is fascinating, the increase in immunity function, increase in happiness levels, etc

also love how japan has the designated places for it and take it seriously as a form of therapy

only about an hour and a half in, will def be reading all of it!
