Would be nice to select a category for what type of mini apps I’d like to see in my trending feed. 

I have no interest in gambling or addictive games, but that’s what tends to trend

Same. I'm not a gamer at all, so if I could exclude all gaming mini-apps from my feed forever, I'd do so.

On the other hand, I'd love to be notified about high-quality literary/word-nerd apps.

My fav mini-apps so far: APL Daily, APOD, Paragraph, and Buoy.

Exactly! Every time I go into the mini app section I’m a bit annoyed at the ones being pushed at me, but I also get the value of boosting trending apps for the network effect

I think this community is here, but it's kind of like the difficulty of identifying introvert value in an extroverted world, the loud ones tend to be seen/hear more

*nod* Thanks for making the original cast, BTW. As a non-gamer who spends a lot of time in tech-focused spaces I sometimes feel like I'm a dying breed, so it was refreshing to hear your perspective.
