I’m a bit confused by it tbh. Perhaps you can elaborate?

In my experience, there is a boom for the first few weeks of a new meta like this, but then it plateaus to much lower earnings for artists. 

In theory, the abundance model makes sense, but in practice, very few actually benefit in any significant manner 🤔
