I recommend talking to a lawyer specifically in the jurisdiction you want to incorporate 😊 

I know many incorporate in Delaware but there are lots of reasons why you wouldn’t

thanks, i know delaware corporate law generally, though definitely not any details regarding onchain ownership and management

my sense is they'd be ambivalent to the tech stack, but i will definitely also research other jurisdictions with specific statutes for onchain entities 

i prefer fewer annual forms, ofc
