I was invited to escape the heat in a country house near Madrid. It was urgent to come up with something delicious for the barbecue. My recipe:

- Chicken legs, thighs 🍗
- Two lemons 🍋
- 6 garlic cloves 🧄 
- Onions 🧅 
- Curry 🍛 

Squeeze out all the juice of the lemon and garlic, sprinkle curry and salt, cut onions in half rings. Leave to marinate overnight under something very heavy.

It was so delicious I didn't have time to take a picture of it cooked 😁
