I am a big proponent of the proposed changes to nuke the $degen allowances of the top accounts and distribute that to smaller, more active accounts, even though that would include me It’s far more important to the survival of the project to get distribution right and get $degen into the correct holders hands

Where are these proposed changes? What if, instead, accounts get their allowances reduced for regularly dumping the entire/majority of their allo in one shot?
