A) What if the waiter/waitress wasn’t scraping by, and *could* tip good customers for being polite/courteous?

B) I think examples like this are where the term “tip” starts to lose its real-world analogy. Because $degen allowances aren’t your own money — even with staking. It’s an “assignment” of an allocation for a future airdrop.

Do I condone outright farming? No.

But I also think there is more nuance with $degen “tipping” than just calling it “tipping” and always comparing it to IRL tipping.

The term “tip” is starting to bug me a little.
