Many people, especially those who experienced previous cycles, say things like, “I’ll sell before the top,” “I’ll sell right at the top,” or “This time, I won’t hold too long. 

But in reality, human behavior doesn’t change that easily. As an economist who studies human behaviiur, i can already see it unfolding, and this is exactly why cycles repeat, because emotions are hard to control.
