howdy. purp brought their… pivot? retreat? failure? abandonment? betrayal? fuckup?… to my attention yesterday. was this a big surprise for you too? what’s your opinion of senpi?

This was a "small to moderate" surprise to me. Didn't expect this variant, but it was obvious something needed to be done given the tiny daily volume. And with their track record of big pivots...Beyond that I don't know much about token stuff compared to you so trust your interpretation. Product wise... Senpi is MoxieAI without the creator coin baggage (both technical and narrative). As a product, it's cool but still unwieldy. - I don't know other platforms that make it easy to set up automations like this (image below), but if it makes me money, I'll be delighted with it. - Going to transaction fees only sounds smart. MoxieAI was confusing. - Unwieldy because text interface doesn't naturally expose the affordances, still slow, and obfuscated transaction failures. The affordance part is hard, but the speed and failure rate should improve over time (in theory). - Moxie history provides an moat with social accounts and connected wallets. - "Can they make me money?" - "Can they make it feel like magic?"

I’ll eat raw crow if senpi makes me money magically. But consider me… skeptical. Instead of a spirited, new product with a clear agenda and path… we get more whipsaw digital dogshit desperate for product-market-fit. And for farcaster and moxie, that fit has been curiously elusive. Heartless motives and their misfit outcomes.
