Tbf it's more about getting the individual voters voting than actual voting power, voting power has not really been an issue it's more the individual holders holding only a couple who don't vote that's an issue

Once we can get enough delegated where we don't have votes failing to hit qurom like the last two did(and the last two were close to not hitting qurom and took a lot of whipping)
