tipping is a lot like staking imo. if everyone stakes then its neutral but if you don't, then rewards are getting redistributed to stakers. a question that comes to mind is where is the degen tips coming from? are they 1-1 to degen tokens onchain?

they come from the treasury; tipping is how $DEGEN token distributes initially.

then maybe Jacek hooks it into the built in inflation that turns on in a couple of years. nothing firm yet, just ideas.

but the treasury is a limited supply. then what? i guess i should read the docs.
