Global ALFA rewards are tied to global volume. The less volume, the less ALFA is issued. 

A lot of subscriptions were stopped over the weekend which has dropped global ALFA issuance. With our changes tomorrow we expect this to go back up quickly.

New fact for me. Thought emissions were set to downtrend until all ALFA is distributed. Makes sense for it to be... more complicated than that.
