for simplicity's sake, set degen to 1 usd. how much [money] would you lock away for 90 days to be able to freely invest (or steal) 900000/ USD during that period? 1 million? 2 million? 10 million? 100 million? fwiw I think the upper limit is around 10:1, ie I would be willing to lock 10m USD maximum for 90 days to freely invest 900k over a 90 day period (ceteris paribus). what about you?

Would definitely lock 10 million (if I had it lmao) for a potential 900k return. 100 million is too high and not worth it

I’m confused lol when have you ever been able to tip yourself? I say potential return because theoretically you could tip for tip your entire allowance everyday. Which plenty of people are gonna do lol

we've assumed it for the sake of this thought experiment now, brass tacks, that t4t stuff goes one of three ways: >permitted, no consequence > not permitted, unenforced, no consequence > not permitted, enforced, consequences if this season follows S2-3, t4t enjoyeeeers will get fucked. if this season follows S4-5, t4t enjoyeeeers will encounter headwinds, making play more challenging but no applied penalties.

Exactly. There's a few obvious, high profile examples in S5, doing just that. 5-10k tips on a generic AI "art". Not even a "Thanks" from the original caster. Absolutely no consequences.
