I think the person who posted the status Intent is lending out 3 million degen. So if you’re the counterparty, you’re borrowing (which is likely of no interest to you).

I'm sure you already figured this out but it looks like they are looking to lend 3m. 

You could lend yours there though, that's a decent return. You could even undercut it a bit at that rate.
