Can someone help me understand the potential benefits and risks of this proposal? I'm not sure I see the differences with the current system where we need to "lock" 10k in our wallet 🤔💭

long and short, if you want an allowance to tip you'll have to lock some amount of $DEGEN for some amount of time.
