It's based on your engagement over time. Allowances have also been reduced. There's a full explainer on /houseofdegen. I'm not sure if the Dune bug has been fixed either. Could be a totally bogus read out 😅

It's geared towards high engagement over time, high output, and longevity.

Best advice, don't sweat it. It's not working right and not a good indicator of how awesome you are. Do your thing; it'll catch up 👌
