Agree that the right people needed a larger allowances. They also need those allowances to be stable so they can tip within their budget and plan accordingly. Hard to be /effective/ when the system is this volatile.

Yeah, it might suck for some people who aren't popular enough/borderline popular but most of the people tipping the right way happen to be people with bigger openrank scores I've seen a few accounts asking why their allocation is low when they have so many followers not realizing they've just farmed bot followers π

exactly right: bots follow each other and produce an obvious sybil cluster. they have no social value and adding more empty followers to the pile does jack shit for social value. follower quantity matters less and less. this ain't twitter.
