i was here on farcaster before any tokens existed, since then we had hundreds of them going in and out and only handful are still alive, degen leading the charge

it will have significant airdrops for next years to come, will be relevant for next farcaster waves, is already on major exchanges, it's impossible for it to die at this point

i think that's right. it'll play out like other tokens /except/ we have farcaster to keep the stories going, a way to concentrate and protect the degen culture (like kombucha) for the next catalyst, whenever that comes and whatever form that takes. farcaster makes degen success a LOT more likely (and vice versa).

Two parts. 1) if/when the market runs as many are predicting into early/mid 2025, $degen will inevitably get a boost with it, as it did with the Feb run. 2) I’m bullish on the ecosystem & “utility”, which alongside Farcaster will get waves of new interest and drive price, as we’ve seen happen earlier this year

Ps. I held Pepe in April 2023, still hold Pepe now. I held Degen in Feb 2024, will still hold Degen in _____ 2025 😎🙌
