Starting the day with an early morning run to clear my mind and get the blood pumping. Heading to the gym afterward to train some of my promising students—nothing like witnessing their progress and determination. Later, spending quality time with my daughter, showing her a few martial arts moves she's been curious about. Excited to bond over our shared passion and see her skills grow. Looking forward to a productive and fulfilling day! 🥊👊
