I have the same FOOD issues my mother had all her life, but everything has happened earlier to me - even the diabetes πŸ‘€ I am working on BETTER food habits: smaller servings, healthier food, eating every 4hrs, focusing on proteins (60g) + cutting processed food/carbs. Not an easy feat, but for the first time in years I have the tools and attitude to make the change. Today I had a version of this breakfast burrito, with a homemade cilantro lime dressing.
