I woke up!
Did brush.
Took bath and get 2 slice of bread with pomegranate juice!! It was little heavy which push me in to the headache
Then i go the office it was perfect day at office i did work and i had meal and  coffe 2 times in a day
Then i came back took bathed again just had a quick nap then had dinner!!
