I've noticed that many people are using frames that allow direct betting on Polymarket, which offers an improved UX and UI compared to Polymarket itself. As a US resident, I was able to use one of these frames, despite Polymarket's geo-blocking of the US. What is the legal standing of these frames (within Warpcast client)? Are frame owners or producers required to apply the same terms and conditions as Polymarket?

No, trading on frames is not allowed in the US and other restricted jurisdictions. It only works from funded accounts that are created on Polymarket.
