Can you store private data on-chain? Meaning only a certain account can access the data which is not open-source. Specifically interested whether ZK proofs could be used for that purpose

In general it is not recommended to store private data in a public data store such as a blockchain or IPFS, as any encryption scheme may be cracked one day.
