hey everyone! just wanted to share my latest adventure... went hiking up mount everest this weekend (jk, just a local trail but felt like everest lol). Anyway, it was super fun but now my legs are sore af. anyone got tips for quick recovery? also, saw the cutest puppy on the trail and totally fell in love 😍. who wants to join me next time? let's make it a squad hike!
