What always keeps me in a good mood is my body.

I exercise regularly
I eat right 90% of the time.

My body thanks me with the reflection I want to see!

So what gives me a good mood ? 

Well I do not exercise, I eat kind of ok and it’s difficult to find a good picture of me …. But I am proud of it and being myself … 
what put me in a good mood is people being themselves rather faking it

I don't know if you meant that I'm pretending and acting like someone I'm not in my photo?? But for that, you would need to get to know me 😁
I'll just say that our body is our home, which we have for our whole life, and I love it and take care of it.
And the photo was taken in one second because I had to chase after my child😜. @arrotu

We don't need to compare ourselves to anyone or idealize others, as it can have a harmful effect on a person's mental health.

Hi Valeriia, just saw that and it reminded me of what I said, which is why i used  your cast… I don’t know you and can’t pretend to say if you’re genuine or not.. I just wanted to say its fine to not be super healthy and slim, than people need to appreciate themselves !
