is it normal for the white house to release statements of this kind from the vice president? guess i'm just wondering if she is in charge, and we can blame her for inflation etc., or if she is not in charge, in which case why is the government lending resources to her campaign? 

Has any Vice President ever put out a press release that reflects poorly on them  or the president?

I never expected Mike Pence to write a press release announcing “American COVID19 Death Rate is 44 times that of Haiti, Poorest And Least Stable Country In Hemisphere” although he could have 🤷‍♂️
