if you ever tried Turkish rakฤฑ, Greek ouzo, or Italian sambuca, as examples, then you have. If so, you might recall the โ€œouzo effectโ€ in which the drink becomes milky in appearance when water is added to the alcohol, forming an oil-in-water emulsion. not a taste i ever acquired, but worth experiencing at least once.
