Web: if the "recast" button appears at the bottom of the page and I click it, the menu is not visible. If this is the last cast in a thread, I can't scroll down to make the menu visible. (I usually CMD+"-" to zoom out and see it)

relatedly, on web the emoji menu can sometimes extend just out of reach for some reason
