You can do this from the "instant deposit" section on the official Zora bridge site. I've bridged from Base to Zora many times. It works smoothly.

Thank you! It never occurred to me that I should click instant deposit. 
@jacob, form a user's perspective there should be only one option (deposit) and pick the chain (L1, OP, etc.). Having two only makes sense from a dev pov.
