This is a great idea but I'm afraid that the lack of a standardized trusted payload makes it more like an SDK and less of a standard spec. If it was up to me, I would enforce farcaster signed payloads because: a) It provides a standard way to verify the user b) It comes with all the benefits of fc: social graph, etc.

ecdsa signers fulfil both a) & b), are already in the pockets of millions of users without additional cost like farcaster signers have (farcaster sign up costs + signer gas fee), and its better to have one standard than 10, one for each ecosystem
