My Hub is slower to sync than my Bitcoin node - on the same server What am I doing wrong ? (updated all the way to 1.10.6)

I think there was an issue and when you connect with a slow hub for the first sync you're stuck with it until the sync completes. Not 100% sure if this is the problem, or if it was fixed in this version.
