Quote casts

- Recast button now brings up a menu with recast and quote cast options
- Quote cast composer allows you to quote cast into another channel
- Quote casts generate a notification for the original caster
- Ability to view all quote casts on individual cast view

Oh, you are right! I was confused because quote-casts embed both a link and a castId.

We’re giving developers a grace period. Will move to only castId in a couple weeks.

Embedding with the URL and the CastId does not allow for additional embeds (like an image), even though the UI seems to allow it.
