I'm not a liquidity expert, but I put ~300m $frame + 0.011 ETH in the UNI 1% pool a bit after the launch yesterday. It has worked pretty nice for me so far. Hold would have been better maybe, but price won't go up without liq, so I consider it a win.

In this case, I see it more like helping without loosing (my risk is zero now that fees have covered the ETH pooled) and less about ROI. I mean if the rest of my $frame are to be worth something, someone has to add liquidity :-)

Uniswap has simple views of those when making the pools. There probly are better tools for mainnet, but I havenβt looked into it
