Temperature check/Brain storming. If (and that's a BIG if) there was a proposal to allow the owner of a top cast (not a reply) to delete replies to their cast at the protocol level, what would be your thoughts?

Leaving technical challenges aside, there is something else to consider: I you have the ability to moderate replies to your casts, you may become liable or responsible for them. And it's not just a legal thing. Imagine a heated dispute where one of the two parties requests you to delete the other's replies.

There should be more options when casting, like preventing replies up front. I don't personally like the idea of retroactively deleting replies, but I don't agree with a lot of things that work just fine hah. If FC is permissionless, and we agree you own your casts, then users should be able to delete replies.
