Currently, onchain events stored on hubs include a chainId number (10 for OP). Since we are considering of moving some of these events to snapchain in the future, and in order to maintain consistency, I propose snapchain to reserve ChainId=4002 (i.e. 0xFA2) which is available as far as I can tell.
