How to Nail Your 🍊 Fellowship Interview

1/ Make it dead simple to understand right away what you’re working on.

If it takes half of the interview to understand what you’re working on, you’ve already lost. Assume that the judge is a normie. It should be _that_ simple to explain your crypto project.

2/ If you haven’t worked in crypto before

It’s not the end of the world, but you will be at a disadvantage. It's the modern equivalent of being a non-technical founder. You need to know at least the basics. If you’re new to crypto, show how much you’ve learned in a short amount of time.

3/ Slow down and try to speak clearly.

It doesn’t matter how great your vision is if the interviewees can’t understand you. Speak like it’s BTC block times, not L3 block times.

4/ Your most important objective is to get the judges excited about your vision.

Yes, the judges are the ones asking the questions, but make sure to sprinkle in the right soundbites in your responses to convince them that your project is destined for success.

6/ Tell your story.

Many founders find it awkward to talk about themselves, but your background is the most important criteria. The judges are there to learn about you. Have some stories or examples of something interesting you’ve accomplished or a big problem you solved.

5/ Speak less, say more.

Cut out all the buzzwords and any words/sentences that describe every startup. Speak specifically about your project and what makes it unique. Use the least amount of crypto acronyms as possible. Again, assume the judge is a normie.
