With the new upcoming update, channels will turn into communities. I love it.

What I don’t fully understand, as a channel owner, how do you properly grow the channel, if new users cannot cast and can’t apply for an invite? How should I become aware of them or assess that it is worth inviting them and that they can contribute meaningful content to the channel? Also how, as a smaller user, can I qualify for bigger channels and get an invite? Owner/moderators will be busy as hell…

Good question, i had these doubts too I guess the solution is always the same: replying Channel members cast, if people reply and add value to those casts we invite them into the channel I dont know if its gonna work but makes sense no? Lets say i open a channel about cars.. i make a cast, your reply and i notice you like cars.. you may be interested in casting into the channel so i invite you

So replying will work without membership? I thought I’ve read a channel will be read-only? Then it’s not that much of a problem, maybe…
