π€ #monochrome-monday in /net-art today! M Y B O Y F R I E N D C A M E B A C K F R O M T H E W A R by Olia Lialina One of the earliest works of interactive storytelling on the internet, leveraging HTML frames, was created by Moscow artist Olia Lialina in 1996. She later moved to Germany and was my teacher during my interactive media studies. Besides being an artist ever since, she's educated countless students over the last 25 years and actively archived and documented internet and new media art. Unfortunately she's not active on Farcaster, and I#m even unsure about her stance on crypto and NFTs (well, actually quite sure she hates it π). You can experience it here: http://www.teleportacia.org/war/

What an incredible teacher you had! Stumbled upon her work while looking for net art inspiration. This piece would have been my first choice had you not already post it. What an interactive experience! π

That's really interesting! π€© Love how the different parts of the story and interactions are presented π€ And when it comes to NFTs, she probably has her reasonsβ¦ after all, digital art and storytelling donβt necessarily need to be NFTs
