PSA: all casts with one frame now show full frames for all users. Multiple embeds will still collapse inline. This was the last vestige of the Power Badge model, now no longer needed with improved spam filtering and membership channels.

Full-sized frames are back!

1.Casts with one frame will now always show the full frame.
2. We previously collapsed based on following and a few other rules.
3. Should be simpler to understand now.
