I don’t read it as that you need the reversed hat NFT to get a tipping allowance. You either need 50k, 150k, 500k OR the hat to get an allowance. That’s how I understand it 🤔

Its weird, to mint the reversed hat you have to hold 1M Neged, so how it’s possible for someone like me ( +500,000 ) to own the nft 🙃
