(1/2)Not a good morning for me. For the first time in my Web3 career, my EVM wallet was compromised. All the funds I earned from my last sales are gone. It's my savings for this month to pay the rent.

The possible cause is when I mistakenly listed my work on OBJKT last Tuesday. I then reached out to the OBJKT Discord, and someone with 'MOD' in their name shared a support ticket link. I clicked on it and followed the instructions. They gave me a link to help solve my issue. But, in my panic and foolishness, I entered my Kukai wallet seed phrase (which failed multiple times), and then they asked for another wallet, which was my Metamask. Foolishly, I entered my seed phrase again. I panicked because I wanted to resolve the listing issue quickly. After that, the support ticket channel disappeared.

If anyone knows how to help or provide some support to @smnta please reach out to them.

A very harsh lesson to learn in crypto: NEVER SHARE YOUR SEED PHRASES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The ONLY time you should enter your seed phrase is when you are setting up a wallet on your phone or computer.

NEVER STORE A SEED PHRASE IN A DIGITAL TEXT FILE EVEN IF THAR FILE IS ENCRYPTED.

Keep it on paper in a safe place. Better yet make an extra copy and store it somewhere else separately.

Reached out to a few people from different platforms, hope they can help or give directions. Not sure what steps to take in which order as an artist to replace your old (comprised) wallet with a new one. And if that is the same procedure on all platforms.
