Real world assets. We started with collectibles at @courtyard but the physically backed NFT market is going to be huge.

Why do you think that? And does that translate to like…RFID inside the assets? Or is it an NFT that gets sold alongside like ClubRare?

It just makes sense to track ownership of many physical things on chain. Blockchains are really good at being ledgers and the composability is big for financial applications

Totally agree re: real estate. But that doesn’t happen overnight. How do we get from point a to point b and why would people use it is my question.

To be able to see the provenance and transaction history. Imagine if real estate was transacted on chain. You wouldn't need title searches and the county property records office would have a much easier job
