I keep reminding myself that it's important to have people we disagree with and still respect/admire. It's too easy to get stuck in a bubble where we conflate agreement with respect. We can work together towards a shared vision, even if we're doing it for different reasons. https://warpcast.com/shazow.eth/0x0e3f4847

That's what we're building in the /negationgame: a market for defensible ideas. Think SchellingCoin on a graph of ideas (nodes) and negations (edges): the Schelling point is how defensible you think the idea is. Would love to get your eyes on it Latest writeup on Gitcoin: https://explorer.gitcoin.co/#/projects/0x6e16d24eeb40a1f4ec009f1755f38598e5c13ed79e2aacb30f08062d95eb24a5

For whoever is using chrome and can't select and copy the code from the alert dialog, here's a workaround: -open dev console - run `window.alert = console.log` - submit again - copy from console

Prediction markets should only be used when the resolution is unambiguous, otherwise they are pointless

But on blockchains the judgment has very low ambiguity, so it's easy to evaluate the honesty of a judge. Prediction markets aren't always as unambiguous.

The judge selection problem can be managed, like it is on blockchains leveraging proof of stake, where judges are algorithmically incentivized to be honest
