Could the /zora-devs explain the spread difference in buying a mint via sparks on the app vs buying the token on a uniswap pool after liquidity is added?

It seems we are paying way more in fees and buying at a premium when using the front end /zora app. 

I also noticed when you are selling, the price is usually lower than the current buy price on the front end /zora app
