I keep getting an error that says the "file size is too large" for any size file that I try to upload on Farcaster. Can anyone help? 

I even tried re-uploading something I posted days ago, and it's still giving me the same error.

Files are not loading properly (they're working on a fix rn) so what you can do is go to imgur, upload the image there, then right click and open image on a new tab. Then copy the link and paste it here, it works!
