Someone should build a collective coordination MMO videogame that requires large scale coordination for winners to win. Nobody makes it unless everyone makes it. No single winner, the only possible outcome is that everyone wins if we make it till the end.

Yes! That's a great example. Basepaint could also count as a collective game. 

In general it seems like we only play zero sum videogames in which only one person can win, when adulthood has many more positive sum coordination games than head to head competitions.
